I decided to try a new wine from Natural Grocers as I trust their food, this move made sense. From Mendoza Argentina, this organic red is best the day after. Open it up day one and allow the vigorous fruit to open up and get to know the tannins and acidity when some air is involved.

Dark berries dominate and will complement a hearty beef scramble. Could overwhelm chicken unless it is marinated richly.
